In 2004 as a top gun collector, I collected $20,000 in fee consistently, which roughly equates to about $60k - $80k cash collected per month, and managed a $300,000 a month major Bank Client with 25 veteran collectors under me. 

 

I have also set up and run collection offices including, collection software, integrated phone systems, set up company bonus structures, and trained collectors in FDCPA compliance.

 

I was also a Regional Director for the Miami branch hub location for Progressive Financing opening an office from scratch for a multi-million dollar finance company and was responsible to implementing collection strategies, and company policies. 

 

This demonstrates a clear understanding of management, communication and a compliant level of training required to succeed in today's market of accounts receivables.
