My name is Benjamin C. Jackson. I am a Collections Director of Operations. I was trained in the collection capital of the world, Buffalo NY, and helped build one of the most successful agencies in the country growing from 20 employees, to over 900 in just a few years and doing $15,000,000 a month in revenue. I came from one of the most strategic and successful backgrounds employing some of the best, most aggressive, yet compliant collection techniques in the industry. Collections is a very performance and experience based industry and there are few with the personal qualifications to innovate and profit companies in a world of ever changing collection laws and strategies.
